Elisto was founded by Jude and Kelly Mahoney to bridge the gap between traditional training and the realities of today’s technology job market.
Too much career coaching and online training focuses on theory, certifications, and generic advice. We built Elisto to do the opposite — practical, honest, market-driven coaching based on what actually works in the real world.
Between us, we bring deep experience across business analysis, agile delivery, user research, digital transformation, and public sector technology programmes. We have worked inside complex organisations, delivered transformation at scale, and understand first-hand what employers and hiring managers truly value.

His expertise lies in helping professionals understand not just agile theory, but how to apply it commercially and effectively in real organisations to progress faster and deliver more value.

Kelly Mahoney

Kelly brings extensive experience in behavioural research and user research, having worked across policing and major public sector organisations to understand user needs, improve services, and shape policy-aligned digital solutions.
Her expertise in research, behavioural insight, and human-centred design adds a critical people-focused perspective to Elisto’s programmes — helping clients understand not just processes and frameworks, but the real human dynamics behind successful products, services, and organisations.
