Written return and refund policy


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or cancellation of your booking or consultation support. 

To be eligible for a cancellation, you must inform us of your desire to cancel within 14 days of your booking. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you must first contact us at jude@elisto.org and we will contact you to obtain details of your cancellation request.
If your return is accepted, we’ll commence the refund process to the account details you booked your course or consultation with.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to follow the above stated process to return the item you have received, and once the return is accepted & posted back, then make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request to cancel, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
