As co-founder of Elisto, I’ve always been committed to agile delivery. I realised early on that I lived and breathed the ideals and philosophical tenets of it not just at work, but at home too. Unusual as that may seem, the reality of open, honest transparent interactions, combined with breaking large problems down into smaller ones just made sense

 

I’m a passionate advocate for establishing close knit teams that value honesty, simplicity and integrity as their foundations, whilst working at an enterprise level to educate and guide senior management teams through agile transformations.

 

I spent well over a decade working as an agile BA and scrum master, and this, combined with my long term understanding of agile processes means that my approach is very delivery and work focussed.

 

Outside of work I am a keen medievalist, author (historical fiction), musician, and enjoy the tranquillity of the English countryside.
